Since forming the group, we have been blending the sounds
of ethnic music from all over Asia with electronic sounds.

SORMA 「SORMA」consists of members centering on "Yoichi Shimada". A leader's "Yoichi Shimada" began the piano from 3 years old ,and has participated in many an artist's works and the live as a player,an arrangement and a composer. A 12 inch analog single is released from Music Maine in Europe and the United States. ◆1998'　　 A second album "ILLUSION" is released from Pacific Moon Records on August 25. ◆1999'　　 A Third album "Mirage of the East" is released from Pacific Moon Records on June 25. ◆2000'　　 The video "KI-ZU-NA" of SORMA is released from Sormade Records. ◆2001'　　 The album "IN MACK" of SORMA No.2 is released from digibeat on May 19. The dvd "PEJENG-BALI-" of SORMA is released from Sormade Records on December 21. ◆2004'　　 A fourth album"RAKUEN〜Gradation of KARMA" is released from Victor Entertainment on December 16. ▼Jalan Jalan Profile JALAN JALAN is composed of the member of SORMA. They have managed to express Bali's mysterious ways in the form of slow ambient music,which is in the way they saw it with their own eyes,heard it with their own ears and felt it with their own skin. At the same time,they didn't forget to pay their respects to Bali and the high musical quality of Gamelan music itself.
